Answers before you even have to ask.

Everything founders usually want to know before starting — organised by topic so you can jump straight to what matters.
General

Getting started

Product and service D2C brands selling online — skincare, fashion, home goods, wellness and similar ecommerce categories. We don’t take on B2B or non-ecommerce clients.
Most accounts are fully onboarded — audit complete, tracking verified, strategy signed off — within 7 to 10 business days.
Yes. You’re paired with a strategist who runs your account directly and joins every call — not an account manager relaying updates from someone else.
Yes — alongside Indian D2C brands, we manage Google and Meta campaigns for ecommerce businesses selling into the US, UAE and UK.
Meta & Google Ads

Paid media

We typically start with brands spending ₹50,000+ per month across Google and Meta combined — enough to gather meaningful data and test properly.
You do. We work inside your own Google Ads and Meta Business accounts, so all data, history and creative assets stay yours if we ever part ways.
Yes. Our team handles ad copy, static creative direction and Reels/UGC-style video briefs as part of the Meta Ads engagement.
Most accounts see initial optimisation gains within 2–3 weeks, with stable scaling typically showing in the 60–90 day range as testing cycles complete.
SEO

Organic growth

SEO is a slower channel by nature. Technical fixes can show impact within a few weeks, while meaningful ranking and traffic growth usually takes 3–6 months.
Yes — technical audits (site speed, indexing, structure) and content work (category pages, product pages, blog) are both covered under Google Ads & SEO.
No — the two are coordinated by the same team, so SEO and paid search complement each other instead of competing for the same keywords.
Pricing & Engagement

Working together

A flat monthly management fee based on scope and ad spend managed — no commission-on-spend model, so we’re never incentivised to overspend your budget.
No. We work month-to-month. We ask for a 60-day minimum on new accounts, simply because that’s how long proper testing cycles take.
Weekly check-ins plus a full monthly report tied to revenue, ROAS and CAC — alongside live dashboard access whenever you want to check in.
A 30-day notice after the initial 60-day minimum. You keep full ownership of your ad accounts, tracking and creative assets.
